Warranty and Terms & Conditions
Cartec offers 30 day terms (based upon approved credit).Additionally most major credit cards are accepted along with wire transfers.
If for some reason you/your customer do not like the product it can be returned (see product return section below) In this case it must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
Defective/broken preleadered kits must be noted within 45 days of receipt of product or credit/replacements will not be issued.
All products purchased from Cartec are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If, at any time, Cartec products fail to perform, Cartec will replace the item(s) or credit the full purchase price. Our warranty coverage does not include freight related damages, improper installation, storage, or product abuse. Cartec’s liability is to the purchase price of the product. We will not be held liable for incidental damages of any kind.
Prior to returning any merchandise (defective or otherwise), customers must contact us to obtain an RMA and shipping instructions. All non-defective returns must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply for all non-defective returns. Credit will be issued after the product has been received and inspected. On product returns – freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was made by Cartec. Special order items are non-returnable.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS
All defective returns must be pre-authorized by Cartec. Please contact customer service to request an RMA #. We will credit or exchange the defective product after receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
SMALL ORDER FEES
Orders less than $15.00 a small order fee of $3.00 will apply.
All stock products are shipped FOB Canton CT. Product is normally shipped via UPS/FedEx/USPS or Truck. We can ship via prepay and add or on the customer’s account(s) number.
